How do I get a quote?

Call 603-400-6369 or send the form on this page, and tell us the vehicle and what you want from it -- daily driver, weekend car, something you have just bought and want to keep right. That last part matters more than the year and model, because it decides which package actually makes sense. We follow up to arrange a consultation, and wherever possible we would rather look at the car than quote blind: paint correction is priced by the condition of the paint, and condition is not something anyone can assess from a photograph or a description. The consultation is not a sales appointment with a number at the end; it is where we take depth readings, show you the defects under proper lighting, and tell you honestly which of them we can remove.

Question 2

Do I need an appointment, or can I just turn up?

Appointments only, and there is a real reason rather than a policy behind it. Coatings need a climate-controlled bay for the whole cure, correction needs uninterrupted time under consistent lighting, and film needs a clean space with nothing else in it generating dust. A walk-in job would compromise whichever car happened to be curing at the time, and that car belongs to someone. Booking also lets us look at the vehicle first and give you an accurate timeline rather than an optimistic one. If getting the car here is the difficult part, ask about concierge pickup and delivery when you call -- we collect and return vehicles across the area, and for a job that keeps the car for a day or more it is usually the easier arrangement.

Where are you, and how far do you travel?

The studio is in Milford, New Hampshire, and we serve southern New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts from it -- Nashua, Manchester, Amherst, Merrimack, Bedford, Hollis, Brookline, Londonderry and Salem are all regular runs, and customers travel from further out for coating and film work. We do not operate a mobile bay, and that is on purpose: coating and film cannot be installed properly in a driveway, because both need controlled temperature, controlled humidity and an environment free of the dust that a finished install would otherwise trap permanently under the surface. Anyone offering to install film on your driveway is offering you a worse job. What we do instead is come to you at the other end, with concierge pickup and delivery, so the car reaches a proper bay without costing you the trip.

How long will you have my car?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the work, and we confirm the timeline before booking rather than after. A full-front paint protection film install is usually one full day; track packages that extend further back run one to two; a full-body wrap is typically three to four. Ceramic coating depends on how much correction goes in underneath -- the coating itself is a day, but multi-stage correction is scheduled as its own stage on top, and the car then needs to sit in the controlled bay while the coating cures rather than going straight back out onto wet roads. Interior and exterior detailing are usually same-day. If the schedule matters to you, say so when you book and we will tell you what is realistic instead of what you want to hear.
